Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, January 15, 1999 
Henry Minnis Jr. of the 1000 block of Grayson St. died Jan. 11, 1999, at Norfolk
Heath Care Center.

Born in Norfolk, he was a bus driver at Great American Tours and a member of
Basilica of St. Mary's Church of the Immaculate Conception.

He is survived by his mother, Marie Lester of Norfolk; a sister, Harriett
Frances of Detroit, Mich.; an uncle, Willie Bond; a niece, Marion Boush and
husband, Milton Boush; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He will be greatly missed by all his family.

A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Basilica of St. Mary's Church of
the Immaculate Conception by Monsignor Walter Barrett. Burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery . The remains will be ready for viewing from 3:30 to 8 p.m. The family
will assemble at the residence at 9:15 a.m. Saturday for the procession. Carlos
A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
