Minor, a young man well and favorably known in this city. Dr. Minor was on the streets on Tuesday and retired as usual that night after eating a hearty supper. Yesterday, he did not come downstairs to breakfast, and when his mother went to call him, she found that he was dead. Dr. Minor was a son of the late Dr. Lewis Minor and was born August 17, 1851. He was educated at the University of Virginia and College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York. After his graduation at the latter college, he was for several years one of the resident physicians at the City Hospital at Brooklyn, N.Y. He leaves many friends in this city and elsewhere. His funeral will take place from St. Mary’s Catholic Church tomorrow (Friday) morning at 10 o’clock.
