Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, June 13, 1999 
Tauwanda Minton, a native of Norfolk of the 200 block of E. Virginia Beach
Blvd., died June 10, 1999, at her residence.

She is survived by two daughters, Destiny and Jasmine Minton; two sons,
Johnathan and Joron Minton, all of Norfolk; her mother, Veronica Mattis; her
father, Austin King; two sisters, Marian Minton and Venetta Minton, both of
Norfolk; a brother, Jerome Minton of Norfolk; maternal grandmother, Marian
Minton of Norfolk; paternal grandmother, Evelyn King of Portsmouth; six uncles;
five aunts; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends, including a special
friend, Ronald Smith.

A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Graves Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor
Lionel Anthony. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The family will assemble at
the residence.
