Norfolk - Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Mitchell, 49, of 114 E. Indian 
River road, were held recently in the Chatman Funeral Home chapel by the Rev. 
W. B. Westbrook.  Burial followed in Calvary Cemetery.

A native of Leaksville, NC, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Mrs. 
Frankie Hamlin Kizsee and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Misses Gale Ann and Beverly Mitchell, a son, 
James Mitchell Jr., all of Norfolk;  two sisters, Mrs. Maudine Avery of 
Washington, DC, and Mrs. Lillie Mae Harriston of Norfolk;  and three brothers, 
Halin Kizsee of Norfolk, Livingston Kizsee of Washington DC, and Talmadge 
Kizsee of New York.
