A funeral service was held Sunday at Solid Rock Church of Christ Disciples for
Mrs. Alice Mitchell, 72, of 2724 Liberia drive, who died Dec. 17 at her home. 
She was a member of Solid Rock Church.
  Mrs. Mitchell, a native of Bishopville SC, was buried in Calvary Cemetery
under direction of Hale Funeral Home.  She is survived by two daughters,Mrs.
Pressie Jenkins of Norfolk and Mrs. Onie Wood of South Carolina; a Son, Otis Lee
of Norfolk;  A sister, Mrs. Ida Lee of New York; 15 grandchildren and one great
grandchild.
