Norfolk Journal and Guide, Sep 25,1971
New York - Harry E. Mitter died Sept. 15 in Metropolitan Hospital.  A native 
of LaCrosse VA, he was a son of Mrs. Georgia Mitter and the late Edward Mitter 
and the husband of Mrs. Gladys King Mitter.

Besides his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Parham and Mrs. 
Lucille Tynes of Norfolk, and a brother, Milton Conway Mitter.

Services were conducted in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk, by the Rev. E. Paul 
Simms.  Jones Funeral Home, Norfolk, was in charge of the arrangements.
