The Virginian Pilot Tuesday September 5, 1967
Allen B. Mizell, 70, of 4100 Second St. died in a Norfolk hospital Monday at 
6:25 a.m.
A native of North Carolina, he lived in this area 68 years.  He was a 
Baptist.
He was retired from J.G. Wilson Corp.
He was a son of Joseph A. and Mrs. Willie Myers Mizell and the husband of 
Mrs. Virginia Ruth Williams Mizell.
Besides his widow, surviving are two sisters, Miss Zora Mizell and Mrs. H.W. 
McGrath of Norfolk; and a brother, William Kendall Mizell of Martinsville.
A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 3 p.m. in Francis A. Gay 
Funeral Home by the Rev. W.A. Richardson of Great Bridge Baptist Church.  
Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Norfolk.
