Mrs. Lottie James Molbon
Funeral services for Mrs. Molbon, 933 Goochland street who died June 30 were
held July 7 from First Baptist Church, Bute street, with the Rev. R. H. Bowling
officiating.  She is survived by three daughters.  Interment was in Calvary
Cemetery with the Hale Funeral Home in charge.

This Molbon was the only Molbon I could find in the Journal and Guide but since
the family perpetuated the name in the Memorials I left it as Molbon.

Molbon - In loving memory of our dear mother and grandmother, Lottie Y. Molbon,
who passed away June 30,1946

For the hand that held our own.
Guided all our tiny footsteps
Through our childhood days now flown;
For the hand that smoothed our pillows,
And caressed our brow at night
For its touch that banished sorrow,
Brought us comfort, peace and light.
We are longing, always longing
For a mother’s love and care.
For words that stopped all grieving
and her smile so sweet and rare.
For the heart that knew no by-ways
Save to love’s unstinted store;
And as years passon, dear mother,
We are longing, more and more.
