Virginian-Pilot September 30, 1893
The funeral of Mr. Daniel Moloney took place from St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 9 
o’clock yesterday morning and was largely attended, St. Patrick’s Society, of 
which he was a member, being present to pay a last tribute of respect. The 
services were conducted by the Rev. Father Doherty, and the interment was in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery, the following being the pallbearers: Messrs. Thomas Gorman, 
William Donovan, William Hart, Dennis Mack, Richard Fogarty, Martin Cashin, James 
O’Rourke and William M. Hannan.
