Virginian Pilot October 31, 1993

Valerie Monroe, 28, of the 1700 block of Selden Ave., died Oct. 28, 1993.
She was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Joyce Haynes and Leroy Haynes; a 
sister, Janette Monroe; and two brothers, Perry Monroe and Kevin Stacy, all of 
Norfolk; two uncles, Aaron Monroe of Virginia Beach and Joseph Monroe of 
Norfolk; and two aunts, Beverly Jones and Linda Monroe, both of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Graves Funeral Chapel by the 
Rev. Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will 
assemble at the residence.
