NORFOLK - Jennie Montagna, 100, of the 1600 block of Shepherd Ave., a retired 
office manager, died Dec. 10,1989, in a hospital.
Miss Montagna, a native of Norfolk, had retired as office manager of Tony’s Shoe 
Store. She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. Miss Montagna was a 
member of the Daughters of Isabella and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Roma Lodge.
Survivors include a sister, Annie Montagna of Norfolk; and two brothers, George 
Montagna and Anthony Montagna, both of Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Pius X Catholic Church. 
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. A Christian wake will be held at 
7:30 p.m. today in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk.
