J. Mooney, who died Saturday afternoon in Salem, Va., will take place at 3:30 o’clock tomorrow afternoon at St. Mary’s Catholic church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s cemetery. Mr. Mooney, a native of New York, had lived in Norfolk 13 years before his death. He left here last May, going to Salem on account of his health. Throughout his residence in Norfolk, he had been connected with the James G. Wilson Corporation, in South Norfolk, being held in high esteem by his employers and people with whom he came in contact. He lived at 1705 Brown avenue. Mr. Mooney was a member of Roanoke Council of the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by a widow and one child; by an aunt, Miss Frances Mooney, and by an aunt and uncle-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. F. McManus, all of Norfolk.
