NORFOLK - Mrs. Therie Moore of 421 W. 31st St., Apt. 6, died Wednesday in a 
hospital after a long illness.

A native of Edenton, N.C., she was the widow of John R. Moore and a daughter of 
the late Timore Duell.

She was a member of St. John's AME Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Leora Owens of Norfolk and Mrs. Katie Manning 
of Mount Vernon, N.Y.; a brother, Lee Duell of Norfolk; and 11 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Sunday at 1 p.m. in Graves Funeral Home by the 
Rev. J.L. Kearney. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
