Norfolk - Dr. Michael Patrick Moore, 60, of Charlottesville, Virginia died on 
Monday, September 7, 2015, at University of Virginia Hospital. He was born on 
December 6, 1954, in Norfolk, Virginia. He was the son of the late Dr. Norman 
Patrick Moore and Jeannette Tambke Moore. Michael is survived by his loving wife 
of 34 years, Patrice Colleen, and his two beloved children, Ryan Patrick and 
Michelle Patrice. He is also survived by his siblings Kathryn Moore Van Buren, 
Patrick T. Moore and Jean Marie Moore. A Memorial Mass will be held at 7:30pm on 
Friday, September 11, 2015, Patriots Day, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in 
Charlottesville, VA. A Funeral Mass with military honors will be held at St. 
Stephen Catholic Community at 2:00pm on Saturday, October 3, 2015 in Old Hickory, 
TN. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to St. Stephen Catholic Community 
Haiti Medical Mission, 14544 Lebanon Road, Old Hickory, TN 37138. Friends may send
