Norfolk Virginian January 26, 1892

                   Funeral of Mr. and Mrs. Abram C. Moore

The funeral of Mrs. Abigail Moore, who died Friday at her home in Princess Anne 
County and the funeral of her husband, Abram C. Moore, who died Saturday, took 
place at 3:30 p.m. Sunday from the residence of their son-in-law, Mr. G.W. 
Fairer, 22 Fenchurch Street. The services were conducted by Rev. Dr. M.B. 
Wharton, and the interment took place in Elmwood Cemetery.  The following were 
the pallbearers: Messrs. J.W. Beasley, John Ghan, W.H. Barnard, J.M. Black, O.C. 
Moore, F.G. Story, J.F. Coleman, T. Frost, C. Hostetter, J.T. Leggett, B.R. 
Jones and Mr. Watt.

From her husband's obituary  "The aged couple are survived by two daughters, 
Mrs. Ed. Frost, Jr. and Mrs. G.W. Fairer, of this city."
