Mrs. Mary J. Moore, wife of L.G. Moore, died early this morning at her home, No. 237 N. Reservoir Avenue, after a lingering illness, in her 50th year. She was a native of Princess Anne County, and had lived in Norfolk 29 years. She was well known and highly esteemed, was daughter of Dr. and Mrs. R.H. Baylor, of Norfolk, both deceased. She is survived by her husband, two sons, L.E. and L.L. Moore, four sisters, Mrs. J.L. Etheridge, of Princess Anne County, Mrs. Daisy Morrisette, Mrs. C.E. Holland and Mrs. Luther Whitson all of Norfolk and three brothers, Rev. W.H Baylor, of Baltimore, C.M. Baylor, of Norfolk, and R.E. Baylor, of California. She was a member of the Park Avenue Baptist Church, where the funeral occurs at 3 p.m. tomorrow, Rev. J.T. Anderson officiating. Moore took place today at Park Avenue Baptist Church, of which she was a member, and was largely attended, the pastor, Rev. J.T. Anderson officiating. There were handsome floral tributes. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery. Pall-bearers: J.H. Jordan, Willie Disharoon, Alja Winburn, B.S. Payne, J.H. Henley, T.R. Nee, A.B. Bryan, S.T.
