Virginian-Pilot June 3, 1976
 NORFOLK - Joseph Hearst (Bud) Moore, 71, of 2202 Pershing Ave., the husband of 
Mrs. Mary Kelley Moore, died Wednesday in his home.
A lifelong resident of Norfolk, he was a retired salesman of Southeastern 
Electric Co. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mary Anne Hoofnagle of Portsmouth 
and Mrs. Patricia Dozier of Norfolk, and a son, Joseph Kelley Moore of Lanham, 
Md
A prayer service will be held tonight at 7 in Smith & Williams Funeral Chapel. A 
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrat¬ed Friday at 10 a.m. in Christ the 
King Catholic Church by the Rev. Fr. J. Michael Breslin. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the building fund of Christ 
the King Catholic Church.
