SARAH A. MOREIN, relict of the late John A. Morein, in the 89th year of her age. Funeral services from the above residence THIS (Tuesday) AFTERNOON at 12:30 o'clock p.m. Friends of the family are invited to attend. ************************************************************************* Mrs. Sarah A. Morein died at her home, No. 20 Brown Avenue, Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock. The deceased was one of the oldest residents of Norfolk, having entered her 89th year at the time of her death. She was the widow of the late John Augustus Morein and daughter of Nathaniel Fitz, of the firm of Nimmo & Fitz, prominent dry goods merchants when Norfolk was a borough. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. W.A. Bonney and Miss Claudia V. Morein, ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The deceased was also mother of the late Jules Morein. The funeral will take place from the residence at 12:30 p.m. today. Morein was held from her residence, No. 20 Brown Street at 12:30 o'clock p.m. yesterday. The service was conducted by Rev. Dr. Joseph Rennie, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church. The floral tributes were very handsome. The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery, the following grandsons being the pallbearers: William Bonney, H.F. Bonney, Oscar Bonney, Louis Bonney, S.S. Bonney and F.W. Bonney.
