Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, March 30, 1999 
Lucille J. Morgan, 86, died March 24, 1999, in her residence.
 She was born in Petersburg, Va., and was the widow of Emmett S. Morgan. She 
had retired from civil service and was a member of Talbot Park Baptist Church.
 Survivors include a daughter, Jackie Caprio of La Mesa, Calif.; sister, 
Margaret Gill of Florida; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
 A memorial graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Magnolia Cemetery, 
Norfolk. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is in charge.
