Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - December 23, 1995 
Emmett Sebrell Morgan, 86, a native of Berkley, Norfolk, died Dec. 21, 1995, in 
a Norfolk hospital. 
Mr. Morgan, a retired housing inspector for the City of Norfolk, worked for the 
Redevelopement and Housing Authority. He was a member of Owens Masonic Lodge 
(NU)164 A.F.&A.M. 
Survivors include his wife, Lucille James Morgan; a daughter, Jacqueline M. 
Caprio of LaMesa, Calif.; a sister, Katheryn Powers of Lake Jackson, Texas; 
four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two nieces, Margaret Jordan of 
Virginia Beach, Challie Garrison of Lake Jackson; and a nephew, William 
Gibboney of Greensboro, N.C. 
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Magnolia Cemetery by 
the Rev. Dr. Harry T. Dixon. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is in 
charge of arrangements.
