NORFOLK — Mrs. Nancy V. Morgan, 69, died suddenly in a Baltimore hospital 
yesterday. She had been a resident of Norfolk for the past 69 years. She was 
the daughter of Obey and Mrs. Josephine White.
Mrs. Morgan is survived by her husband, Fonso M. Morgan; two daughters, Mrs. 
B. F. Bell Sr. of Norfolk and Mrs. R. T. Lawrence of Baltimore; one son, 
Fonso M. Morgan Jr. of Springfield; eight grandchildren and three great-
grandchildren. She was a past member of the Eastern Star and a member of the 
Church of the Epiphany, Norfolk.
The body was removed to the Derry-Twiford Funeral Home pending funeral 
arrangements.
