Virginia Beach - The Rev. Enoch F. Morgan, a native of Virginia Beach and a 
resident of 2405 Highland avenue, Cincinnati, who died Oct. 28 in a 
Cincinnati hospital after a long illness, was given final rites Sunday at 
Mt. Olive Baptist Church by The Rev. L. W. Chase, pastor.

Interment followed in Calvary Cemetery with Hairston Funeral Home in charge.

The son of Mrs. Lola Morgan of Virginia Beach, and the late Enoch Morgan and 
the husband of Mrs. Gussie Morgan.  Rev. Mr. Morgan was pastor and 
evangelist of First Baptist Church of Hartwell OH, and a member of Peace 
Baptist Church there.

Also surviving are two sons, Frederick C. Morgan of Norfolk and Enoch E. 
Morgan of Cincinnati;  four daughters, Mrs. Naomi Melvin of Norfolk, Miss 
Theresa C. Morgan of Aiken, SC, Miss Jean A. Morgan of Knoxville TN and Miss 
Lola J. Morgan of Cincinnati;  four brothers, the Rev. C. M. Morgan, The 
Rev. E. E. Morgan and Alfred B. Morgan of Virginia Beach and William J. 
Morgan of Washington;  two sisters, the Rev. Mrs. Lola J. Gordon and Mrs. 
Isabelle King of Virginia Beach;  and five grandchildren.
