She leaves to cherish the memory of her life, her husband Timothy Morgan, son Lafonte Morgan and a host of family and friends. A funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 19, at Metropolitan Funeral Home, 120 West Berkley Ave. Norfolk, VA 23523. A viewing will be held on Friday December 18, 2020 also at the funeral home 2-6 P.M. ***************************************************************************** Robinette Regina Morgan of Chesapeake, VA peacefully went home to be with our heavenly father on December 13,2020. She was born the 5th Child to the late Doris Virginia Lewis and Robert Harris on September 25, 1959 in Richmond, VA. Robinette grew up on O Street in the Churchill section of Richmond, VA and attended Richmond Public Schools. On April 18, 1976 Robinette met Timothy Morgan on Easter Sunday. On September 2, 1978 they married in Richmond, Virginia. She became a member of Faith Deliverance Christian Center, Norfolk, VA in 1986. She later went on to attend Orlando College and completed course work as a Certified Professional Coder. Upon returning to the Hampton Roads area she continued to be a loyal supportive and faithful member of Faith Deliverance for many years. Her love for Christ was evident to all who knew her. Robinette was predeceased by her two brothers Charles Lewis and Michael Lewis. She leaves to cherish the memory of her life, her husband of forty-two years Timothy Morgan, their son Lafonte Morgan, and a Niece she helped to raise Towanna Morgan; three sisters Sheila Lewis (Steve), Marcia Rainey (Alvin), Cassandra Coker; two brothers Don Lewis (Rosette), Byron Lewis; one aunt Lula Langley (John); four sisters-n-law Bessie Lewis, Jacqueline McLendon, Lillian Morgan, Andrea Morgan; two brothers-in-law Nathaniel Morgan, Calvin Morgan; a dear close friend Gloria Henderson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
