Morgan and daughter of the late Walter K. and Mrs. Kate Barrett Cardozo, a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, died at her residence, 1606 Granby Street (Belvedere) yesterday morning at 8 o’clock after a lingering illness. Besides her husband she is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Charles M. Cake and Mrs. Charles A. Duncan, both of Washington, D.C.; Mrs. John Retthan and Mrs. Harry R. Seelinger, both of Norfolk; a brother, Walter P. Cardozo, of Norfolk, and a number of nieces and nephews. The body will be taken from the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, Thirty-Fifth Street at Colonial Avenue, to the Church of the Ascension, of which Mrs. Morgan was a member, for funeral services tomorrow morning at 11 o’clock. The rector, the Rev. John F. Ward, will officiate. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
