Virginian-Pilot March 17, 1956
Frank M. Morgan, 75, husband of Mrs. Mamie C. Morgan, and son of the late Dr. 
Frank and Mrs. Emily Black Morgan, died at 6:15 a.m. Friday at Virginia Beach 
Hospital.
A native of Elizabeth City, N.C., he had spent most of his life in Norfolk. For 
the past four years he had lived at Virginia Beach, residing at 2305 Pacific 
Avenue at the time of his death.
He was a veteran of the Spanish-American War and was a former member of the 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Mamie C. Morgan, of Virginia Beach, he is survived by one 
son, William V. Morgan, of Portsmouth; two daughters, Mrs. K. J. Lambert, of 
Virginia Beach, and Mrs. Clarence Belangia, of Colonial Heights, Petersburg; and 
six grandchildren.
The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church for funeral services Monday at 10 a.m. Rosary services will be 
conducted at the funeral apartments Sunday at 7 p.m. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery.
