NORFOLK - MRS. Mary LoCascio Morra, 79, formerly of 520 Rhode Island Ave., died 
Saturday in a hospital.
A native of Norfolk, she was a music teacher for a number of years, a member of 
Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, and a member of Musicians Local No. 125.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jacquelyn Ficarra Fedryk of Virginia 
Beach, and Mrs. Evelyn F. Garvey of Adelphi, Md.; a son, Dr. Frank Ficarra of 
Chico, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Genieve L. Caprio of Norfolk, and Mrs. Grace 
Meloni of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Charles W. LoCascio of Norfolk, and Ted 
LoCascio of Suffolk; and eight grandchildren.
A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Blessed 
Sacrament Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. H. D. Oliver 
Funeral Apts., Norfolk, has charge. A Rosary will be recited at the funeral home 
tonight at 7. The family will be at 1509 Lakeview Drive, Virginia Beach.
