These two men were formerly in the French army--are heroes of Mons and other famous bat¬tlefields, and they remained in the army until incapacitated from wounds received in action, being then transferred to the merchant ma¬rine, which was greatly in need of men. The funeral procession, with an escort of French merchant seamen, will proceed from the funeral apart-ments of P. B. Warren, 322 East Freemason street, to St. Mary’s church. The funeral arrangements are being made under direction of the French consulate. The burial will be in St. Mary’s cemetery.
