Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, March 25, 1992 
Mary E. Morris, 82, of the 3500 block of Gatling Ave., a retired presser, died
March 22, 1992, in a hospital.

Miss Morris was born in New Kent County, Va. She had retired from S. Ray Barrett
Cleaners after 55 years.

Survivors include three sisters, Mary C. Brooks, Susie H. Gambill and Landola
Swan, all of Baltimore; and a brother, Curtis B. Morris of Richmond.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hale Funeral Home by the
Rev. J.L. Kearney Sr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Family and friends
will assemble at 10:45 a.m. in the funeral home.
