                        AN INFANT'S DEATH
       Little Mercedes Morrisette Passed Away Yesterday Forenoon

Mercedes, the 6-months old infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Morrisette, 
died yesterday afternoon at their residence on Montalant Avenue.  The little one 
had been ill several weeks with meningitis.
The funeral will be conducted from the residence Sunday afternoon at 3:30 
o'clock by Rev. J.T. Mastin, pastor of the Chestnut Street M.E. Church, and the 
remains will be laid to rest in Magnolia Cemetery.

The funeral of Mercedes, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Morrisette, 
was conducted from the residence on Montalant Avenue Sunday afternoon at 3:30 
o'clock, Rev. J.T Mastin officiating,  The interment was in Magnolia Cemetery.
