Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, October 22, 1997 
Semous L. Morton, 94, of the 900 block of Bagnall Road, died Oct. 19, 1997, in
Lake Taylor Hospital.

A native of Waverly, Va., she was the daughter of the late Enoch and Ella Keller
Love. She was a homemaker and a former member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was
the widow of Cornellius Morton.

Survivors include her brother, William ``Duke'' Love.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Riddick Funeral
Service. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m.
today at the funeral home. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home
at 10:45 a.m. Thursday for the service.
