He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Febbie Moseley; two daughters, Roxie Ann Moseley and Joyce L. Moseley, both of Norfolk; two sons, Squire M. Moseley and Milton Moseley, both of Baltimore; three sisters, Cora Clark and Jo Anna Patillo, both of Norfolk, and Mary V. Outlaw of Virginia Beach, Va.; and a brother, Andrew Valentine of Norfolk. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in St. Mark RZUA Church by the Rev. Theodore Lewis. Burial with military honors will be in Calvary Cemetery. Graves Funeral Home of Norfolk is in charge. The family will be at his sister's home, 1445 W. 43rd St., Norfolk.
