Mr. Moseley was a lifelong resident of Norfolk. He had retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 1971 after 32 years. He was a member and elder of First United Presbyterian Church. He was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Campbell Masonic Lodge 67 and the Hiawathas. He was a graduate of Virginia Union University. Prior to World War II, he worked for Richmond Beneficial Insurance Co., which was founded by his grandfather, Mr. Canaday. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Lucy H. Moseley; a daughter, Ernestine M. Glenn of Yonkers, N.Y.; a son, Wendell T. Moseley Jr. of Washington, D.C.; a sister, Audrey M. Brodie of Lansdown, Pa.; and several nieces, nephews and friends. The funeral will be held at noon Tuesday in First United Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
