The funeral of Mr. William H. Moseley, mail carrier, retired, and well known
Norfolk citizen, who died Monday, November 13th, was held at his late residence,
820 Johnson avenue, at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 15th, Rev. J. A. Young,
assisted by Rev. D. F. White, officiating.  The floral designs were numerous and
beautiful.

Mr. Mosely was a member of St. John’s A. M. E. Church, and was prominently
connected with fraternal organizations in the city.  He is survived by his
widow, Mrs. Philena Moseley;  one daughter, Mrs. Zelee Simmons;  one son, Dr.
Hiram Moseley, and six grandchildren.
