City Coroner R. Lloyd Williams vied the body and attributed death to natural causes. Mr. Moser was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, and was a former member of the Norfolk police and fire departments. He is survived by his widow. Mrs. Emily McCoy Moser; six children, Lewis, Katherine, and Charles Moser, and Edward Krump, Lillian Byrd and David Moser, the latter three by a former marriage; one brother, Phillip Moser, and one sister, Mrs. L. Brownley. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, No. 39, and of the Wesleymen’s Bible class of Epworth Methodist Church. The body was taken to the James V. Derry funeral parlors, 346 West Princess Anne Road. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the residence. 1231 East Olney Road. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
