Moser, a well-known citizen and prominent architect, died at his home, in DeBree Avenue, Ghent. Mr. Moser had been sick for some time, but last Sunday afternoon had a stroke of paralysis, which resulted fatally. The deceased was a Canadian by birth, but had been a resident of Norfolk for several years, during which time he had prepared plans for a large number of building, principal of these is possibly the New Market and Armory building. He was married in Richmond to a lady of that city and leaves a widow and three children. Mr. Moser was 55 years of age. He was a man greatly admired for many sterling qualities. No arrangement have as yet been made for his funeral.
