Mr. Moton was born in Keysville, Va. He had retired from Redball Moving & Transfer Co. after 20 years. Survivors include a sister, Goldie Spencer of Norfolk; three nephews, Earnhart Spencer of Chesapeake and James Spencer and Theodore Morton, both of Norfolk; and five nieces, Ernestine Spencer, Edna Outlaw, Margaret Hayes and Rosa M. Whitfield, all of Norfolk and Gloria Moore of Baltimore. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Graves Funeral Home by the Rev. Ralph Harris. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery .
