He was a native of Washington, D.C., and had made his home in this section for the past 15 years. He was the son of Mrs. Daisy Dechard Randolph and the late James William Moulden. Besides his mother, Mrs. Randolph, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. J.H. Haynes, of Norfolk, and Mrs. George R. Clayton, of Silver Springs, Md., and one step-brother, George A, Randolph, of Washington, D.C. The body was removed to the Sykes Funeral Home, 124 East Berkley avenue, where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in the family plot in Magnolia Cemetery.
