Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Friday January 12, 1934
Mrs. Dora Elizabeth Mowery, widow of Edward M. Mowery, died yesterday 
afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at a local hospital.  She is survived by a son, 
Lindsey E. Mowery; two sisters, Mrs. George Miller, of Portsmouth, and Mrs. 
Sarah Harvey; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Gregory 
Funeral Home 3401 Granby street.  Burial will be in Elmwood cemetery.
