Virginian-Pilot December 29, 1985
NORFOLK - William Christopher Moyer, 78, of 5428 Silbert Road, a native of 
Norfolk and the husband of Helen D. Moyer, died Friday in a hospital.
He was a retired pharmacist for Murden’s Drug Co. and was a member of Christ the 
King Catholic Church.
Other survivors include a daughter, Ruth M. Williams of Norfolk; and three 
grandchildren.
The funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in Christ the King Catholic 
Church by the Rev. J. Michael Breslin. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, 
with Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, in charge. A prayer service 
will be held at 7 p.m. today, to be followed by a visitation.
