Vernon Baptist Church, Portsmouth, where her son-in-law, the Rev. J. R. Wilkerson is pastor. The Rev. F. T. Wise will officiate at the service. Burial will be under direction of Riddick Funeral Home. A native of Norfolk, Mrs. Mullen is the widow of Eugene Mullen. Her survivors include four sons, Alvah L. Lawrence, Montroleus and Willis E. Mullen Jr. of Norfolk; four daughters, Mrs. Thelma Wilkerson, Mrs. Elsie Bonney and Mrs. Marcal Ward of Norfolk and Mrs. Lillian Gray of Los Angeles; a niece, Mrs. Lillian Howard of Philadelphia; 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
