Virginian-Pilot February 24, 1968
NORFOLK - Michael F. Mulligan, 91, of 774 31st St., son of Matthew and Mrs. Sarah 
Mulligan, died in a hospital Friday evening.
A native of Ireland, he lived here most of his life. He was a member of Blessed 
Sacrament Catholic Church.
He is survived by a sister, Miss Caroline C. Mulligan, of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be held in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Chapel Monday at 10 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
The Office of the Dead will be said in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Sunday at 
7:30 p.m.
