He was a native of Ireland and a resident of Norfolk for the past 40 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Floyd Saunders and Mrs. H.A. Gates, both of Norfolk; three sons, M.J. and W.T. Mulqueen, of Norfolk and J.D. Mulqueen, of Williamsburg; two grandsons, three sisters, Mrs. Patrick Ryan and the Misses Hannah and Mary Mulqueen, and a brother, Patrick Mulqueen, all of Wilmington, Del. The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East Freemason Street, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, of which Mr. Mulqueen was a member, for funeral services tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Mulqueen was a member of the Brickmasons' and Plasterers' Union.
