She was a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Virginia Scharff, Mrs. Elizabeth Holbert, Mrs. Geraldine Myers, Mrs. Marian Pritchard, and Mrs. Frances Bradshaw of Chesapeake; four sons, Haywood Munden Jr. and Stephen Munden of Chesapeake, William Munden of Fremont, N.C. and Charles Munden of Moyock, N.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Willie Mae Garrett and Mrs. Mary Ethel Ferrell of Chesapeake and Mrs. Helen Phillips of Red Springs, N.C.; and two brothers, Frank P. Peele of Chesapeake and Jesse Peele of Hampton. A funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Roscoe Musselwhite. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
