ANNE IRENE MURPHY, widow of James Murphy and daughter of the late Robert and Mrs. Margaret Ball Burford, in the 58th year of her age. Funeral services from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne Road, corner Moran Avenue, THURSDAY AFTERNOON, April 3, at 3:30 o'clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Burial, Elmwood Cemetery. ******************** Anne Irene Murphy, aged 57, widow of James Murphy, died yesterday morning following a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Mrs. Margaret Ball Burford and was a native of Norfolk. The survivors include two sisters, Mrs. W.S. Sykes and Mrs. Susie White, and several nieces and nephews, all of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 Princess Anne Road, with the Rev. E.P. Miner, of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
