Norfolk Journal and Guide,Jun 5,1954
James Murray of 610 E. Olney road, died May 29 at his home.  Funeral services 
were held at 1 p.m. June 2 at Hale's Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Z. P. 
Jenkins, pastor of Union Congregational Christian Church, officiating.

Mr. Murray was a native of Emporia VA and lived in Norfolk about 35 years.  He 
is survived by his wife, Mrs. Laura Murray.  Interment was in Calvary 
Cemetery.
