Lawrence Bee Murray, aged 77, died in Bedford yesterday afternoon at 4:00. He is
survived by a daughter, Mrs. O. Walker of Norfolk, a son, Lewis B. Murray, of
Hopewell, a sister, Mrs. Margaret Foster, of Roanoke, and a brother, Hugh
Murray, of Norfolk. Mr. Murray was a native of Coyner Springs and had been a
resident of Norfolk for 35 years. He was a life member of Roanoke Lodge, B. P.
O. E., and had been a Mason for more than 50 years, being a member of Norfolk
Lodge No. 1, Norfolk United Royal Arch Chapter No. 1, Auld Consistory Scottish
Rites and Khedive Temple, A. A. O. N. M. S.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow
afternoon at 2 o’clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
