M. Murray Fatally Stricken At Her Residence Mrs. Anna Belfield Smith Murray, wife of Hugh M. Murray and daughter of the late Eller Dudley and Anna Pauline Ward Smith, died at her residence at 1508 Eleanor street in Edgewater, yesterday morning at 2:20 o’clock from a heart attack. Mrs. Murray was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and was widely known. She is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Carol W. Powell and Miss Jean P. Murray, both of Norfolk; four sons, Hugh M. Murray, Jr., of Buffalo, N.Y., Kenton L. Murray, of Columbus, Ohio, John T. Murray, of Oklahoma City, and J. Hollins Murray, of Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Mrs. Alfred L. Belfield and Miss Julia E. Smith, both of Norfolk; two brothers, Herman G. Smith, of Norfolk, and Lewis Van R. Smith, of Atlanta, and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church tomorrow morning at 11 o’clock and interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
