Norfolk - Final rites for James Myrick of 215 W. 13th street were held in Queen 
Street Baptist Church on Sunday.  The Rev. J. Jasper Freeman, pastor, delivered 
the eulogy.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Graves Funeral Home in charge.  
He died May 18 in his home.

A native of Suffolk, Mr. Myrick was the son of the late William and Mrs. Blanche 
Myrick and the husband of Mrs. Helen Myrick.  Mr. Myrick was a member of Queen 
Street Baptist Church.

Other survivors are a son, Hampton Myrick and three daughters, Mrs. Helen 
Fitzgerald, Mrs. Ernestine Jones, and Mrs. Pauline Little, all of Norfolk;  and 
a sister, Mrs. Agnes Beasley of Petersburg.
