A lifelong resident of Norfolk, he was a son of Mrs. Ollie Brounley Myrick and the late Benjamin P. Myrick Sr. He lately resided at 6576 Bryant Rd. Surviving, besides his mother, are his wife, Mrs. Viola Tahamus Myrick; three sons, Benjamin P. Myrick III of Alexandria and James Brounley Myrick and Joseph Michael Myrick of Norfolk; three daughters, Mrs. Anne Louise Simpson, Miss Martha Jean Myrick and Miss Jody Marie Myrick of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. G. J. Inguagiato of Falls Church, and two grandchildren. The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to the cemetery.
