Nash, who drowned at Little Bay a few days ago was found found Sunday morning not far from the place where he fell overboard. Mr. Bohlkin, who was with Mr. Nash when the accident occurred found the body. An in An inquest was held and a verdict of accidental drowning was rendered. After which which the body was brought to Norfolk. The funeral took place from the Granby Street M.E. Church yesterday at 11 o’cl o’clock. The Norfolk Light Artillery Blues, of which the deceased was a member atte attended, as a body. The services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Bennett, assisted by R by Rev. A.S. Lloyd. The interment was in Elmwood. The attendance was large and the the floral tributes very pretty. The following were the pallbearers: From the Blues-C.M Duly and Charles Jones Friends-Richard Baylor, George Newton, Harry Wrenn, Wm. W. Perkins, Wm. Jones an and Capt. J.G. Mullins. The Blues fired three guns at the grave, the usual salute.
